We've been fighting for so many years

We were taught that life is a war

But as it appears by now

We fought with our souls.

I saw generals

They drink and eat our death,

Their children go crazy

As they have nothing more to purchase.

And the soil lies empty

Churches destroyed to ashes.

If we want to have a place to return,

Time to come home.
